I don't think that part of the door changed over the AD years.
Also, I believe that all truck cabs (except COEs) are the same from the firewall back to the latch pillar.
That door you pictured looks in pretty good shape. Is there an issue with your passenger side door? Or are you referring to the cover plate for the hole?
