The 9.00 military tires will rub on the front in a tight turn and look to big for the wheel opening. They will work on the back if your wheels are wide enough. Theirs a guy in Nixa with a 48 or 49 running military tires on his 1.5 ton truck had them on the front just didn't look right, I think he replaced them with 7.50 or 8.00's. If your old tires are road worthy I might be interested in them for project I'm working on. I' just east of you in Sparta.
