Mine has a later 235 under the hood. I'd tell you how it drives but the truth is it was towed here and I've never started it. Your objectives can be accomplished with this truck but you'll be making a lot of changes to make it keep up at highway speeds on a long trip. 1955 1st GMC Suburban \| 1954 GMC 250 trailer puller project \| 1954 GMC 250 Hydra-Matic \| 1954 Chevy 3100 . 1947 Chevy COE \| and more... It's true. I really don't do anything but browse the Internet looking for trouble...
