Once you get the old ones knocked out, a socket the right size and a bench vise would probably work to push them back into the housing. Make sure they face the right direction so the flow is toward the carburetor- - - -they're both the same part, just a one way spring loaded valve. The tension of the spring provided in the rebuild kit controls the output pressure of the pump.
