According to a search of
GMPartswiki the following applies to your GM Part Number tags:
GM# 3693896 - 1947-53 (All) Cushion - Pad, seat back
GM# 3969078 - 1947-55 (All 1st Series) Frame Assembly and Parts, seat cushion
The other stamped info beginning with "LAY" is most likely the assembly line that put the seat sections together. AM sure others with more knowledge will chime in with more details if available.
