For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2017 Posts: 76 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2017 Posts: 76 | I have a 283 with the canister and draft tube at the rear. At the moment I've fitted a new intake manifold which has got rid of the oil filler tube at the front and an edelbrock 1404 ,4 jet carb which has a port for a pcv.The valve covers have no breather or oil filler. Question is can I attach the draft tube to the pcv inlet on the carb or do I have to get valve covers with holes for a pcv fit a pcv and pipe that to the inlet on the carb. Can I leave the draft tube open or do I have to block it off? | | |
