I used an inverter 6 volt to 12 volt power supply from China, and an amplifier from the same place, to create a sound system for playing my MP3 output. They are both very nice units and have given my no trouble at all. So my advice would be to look for a 6 volt positive ground to a 12 volt negative ground power supply. Then you will have your choice of a lot of after market radios.
