These would be good to piggy-back on. Lots of reasons Stovebolt doesn't need to set something up, other than to post an event(s) to let people know it's out there. Then find out via the post / thread to see who may be going and a way to recognize each other.
If it's a total bust, the Moderator(s) can purge the post. If it had some response, always good to get some "hot wash" with story and pictures. That's how most Side Lot regions have been doing it.
Key is to do all the contacts via the website so when someone is searching, they can see it here and respond. (I do the searches for keywords and it's amazing how people have found the Bolt with some very simple key phrases or words.
