| | | | Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 3,689 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 3,689 | My hand throttle cable did that very thing so I bought a reproduction cable. My plan was to replace the entire thing, sheath and all but getting the old one removed under the dash got the best of me.
Ended up sliding the new cable into the old sheath from the dash side. It works. The new cable is a slightly larger diameter so it doesn’t move as freely as I’d like.
