I had to push start my truck to come home. On the way it started missing. As I drove it further it was getting worse, kind of like a hit and miss machine. I was able to get it off the road and when I turned off the headlights to shut it down it stopped missing and started running as it always does. I drove it the rest of the way home without issues, without the headlights on as it wasn't dark yet.
I'm taking the alternator to Autozone today for my lifetime warranty exchange.
I've never experienced a vehicle dying from no electrical output before.
