mobile home setup truck - the wheel racks are for after the house trailer was in place on blocks and the wheels were taken for the next move, no sense in buyin 4 new wheels and tires to just sit there and rot ... was a common thing back in the day, and not a real high speed endeavor, considering the 216's and 235's that were doin it .... and you hafta remember those stubby COE semi's pullin full 30-40' freight trailers alla time
they weren't cruisin the interstate at 75 either
