He there,The horn on my truck works ,right now i have the steering wheel with the piece with 3 prongs that come up from the bottom.When i wiggle it to touch the sides it honks ok.I bought from Jim Carted the center cap with retainer and spring.I can see how it attaches and screw's the center cap on.But it just kind of does nothing pushing on it it really doesnt go down ,is there anything else that woud go under there besides the prongs from under neath and the center cap and little retainer that clips over the 3 prongs?Thanks for any help Chad
