You should be able to use a universal type for your truck, Cut to length and crimp on the tranny end. Available at your FLAPS, although they may be getting harder to find since newer cars use electronic speedometers. Or HERE

Attached is a screenshot from the parts manual. I doubt if you'll find an OEM (cable and casing) using that number (1567793), but it might be worth a try.
