The brake lever boot is inverted so there is less stress/travel needed, so a modified Hurst shifter boot might work. I had a shop rag rolled up and wrapped around the lever and pushed into what was left of the boot for 20 years...it kept the wind and dirt out. I even looked into having the boots made years ago, but there are too many different size/types with limited demand to make it worth doing.

Also thought you'd like to know your C60 is a 2-ton truck, not a 1-1/2 ton.
