i cant get my pto engaged in my 65 C60. there is 2 levers in the cab of the truck and nothing was happening, so i crawled under and found a loose connection from the lever end and the braket that attaches to the pto. I remove said bolt and tried to engage it by hand from under the truck....nada but gear grinding....am i missing something? granted i am not real familiar with pto's and such, but it looks pretty straight forward and i am feeling retarded right now.
