Not wanting to split hairs, boys, but the term LCF is normally applied - in these parts - to car carriers and refuse compactor trucks of a type where a standard COE cab is mounted lower and forward of the steering axle so as to make more room for the cargo or equipment. I believe that the truck pictured in your second link, Spanky, is properly called a snubnose or bullnose, although the term "bullnose" was also applied to early cabover highway truck designs, some of which were uglier than average.
