Might not have been clear about what's Behr rattle can in the pics above. The Behr isn't glossy at all. Attached below is a pic inside glovebox which was painted with the Behr Burnished Amber (as is the white Chevrolet lettered strip above speaker grille, as well as some of the outside of the glovebox door).

When I repainted inside cab in 2002 I chose the gloss. But I've grown to dislike it, preferring matte instead.
Back then I had salvaged some very large and intact flakes of the original interior paint, found when removing back half of the old headliner. Asked my auto paint supplier to try and duplicate the flakes, except make it glossy.
