Back in high school in the 70's a friend of mine had a Road Runner. He grandpa and dad owned a gas station and shop. They built the car for him. When it came time to paint the car his grandpa used white appliance paint. I always remembered that. In the 70's I am guessing that was a good alternative for a hard finish if you did not have a regular paint shop. It does say it is an Epoxy finish on the can.
