Back in September, Kevin started
a thread in News & Announcements on the Heritage Center. There had been a lot of research Kevin did and it's partly spelled out there.
Also, I know there has been more discussion with Kevin and his contacts at the HC. When he's able, I'm sure Kevin can fill us all in on where this stands.
