If the original poster brings the photo (on his/her computer) into the Paint program. rotates it, and then saves it, I think the photo will retain its orientation.
Then, he or she can edit the post on Stovebolt, use the Attachment Manager to delete the photo, upload it again, and click Done. Then click Change Post and I think all will be okay.
I don't know if a Moderator save a copy of the photo and then use the above process to get the orientation correct. It might be worth a try.
It's always best to get the orientation correct before uploading it.

I think anyone can copy a picture that someone has posted. But only a moderator (or the OP) can edit a poster's post and replace the photo.
