I have an old Napa brake parts catalog. It shows an early 54 with 1" front wheel cyls. & late 54 with 7/8" front wheel cyls. Also we need to know if it,s a 4000 or 5000 series truck. If your cyls. are not pitted to bad you can hone them out & put kits in them. They are readily available. I,ll be glade to look up the part numbers for you but i,m not shure they will still be available. The part no. on the shoes are B-299R front 14x2 1/2". RS-140 rear. 15x4".
