Buck, If you're wondering what the height of the floor should be at the front pillar, check out the Factory Assembly Manual. That will give you heights for various items on the front pillar reference to the floor. As far as horizontal location, hang the doors on the hinges and adjust the gaps before welding the floor in place. The repop rocker panels I used (part of your floor assembly) do have indents at front and rear, but I found they didn't exactly line up with the pillars.
