Lots of work on Brad's part ... pure enjoyment (and references) for you!

For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2019 Posts: 449 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2019 Posts: 449 | I have decided to use one of the following to paint the underside of the cab and frame of my 1965 C10:
1) Eastwood Rust Encapsulator Premium/Eastwood Satin Chassis Paint
or
2) Rust-oleum Rusty Metal Primer/Rust-Oleum Semi-gloss Black Professional Enamel.
Whichever one will follow wire brushing with my hand grinder and cleaning with acetone. I plan to apply the primer and paint with a brush rather than spray cans.
I have looked at POR 15 but for some reason not that enthused about it. Maybe it's the prep required.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thank You
Kevin 1965 Chevy C10 Longbed Fleetside
