I'm seriously considering tooling up to rework brake cylinders by installing stainless steel sleeves- - - -Fabricating holding fixtures for a lathe or a mill isn't terribly difficult, and once the fixture is made, sleeving dozens or even hundreds of cylinders becomes a pretty routine operation. It looks like there would be enough demand for the service to make it worthwhile train someone to keep the machinery humming! Jerry
