The date Code is I 16 8 which is 9 16 1958, which probably makes it a 59 transmission. Same basic application through 1965.
The rear mount pad was used on cars because of the X frame, not applicable to trucks. The lower bellhousing mount holes were
threaded on the truck case, It has the correct truck side cover as well.
