The rear of your door is low. Raising that up to match the belt line does wonders for that bottom flare out. Yes, it will mess with your upper gaps around the window area. But that was where it came crazy from the factory what with all the joints and lead and everything. Belt line is a big part of getting these things set up in the door opening along with getting the original latches working correctly, etc.
