That's the same pump that's on my 7.3L Diesel. It only runs the HVAC controls (most modern wipers are electric). That system uses a vacuum reservoir of about 1/2 gallon capacity and the HVAC controls only operate intermittently.
I have my doubts whether it would handle a continuous demand. I might go tie in my wiper motor to the truck and see, but it would be a while before I could get to that.
