That's what I would do, and run 8R19.5 tires.
They will fit, I have them on my 1 ton, and are a tad taller than the 17" ones I had.

If you must have your original centers with new rims, call Stockton Wheel. They may be able to help you. Be prepared to wait a long time and listen to lots of excuses as to why your wheels are not done yet, some of them actually being true.
