Hello, I am not active on here just a guest almost daily. Thought I would reply. I have been collecting these old trucks for about 15 years, saved a lot of them from the crusher. I several of these old trucks thought it was time to share some info, for any that want it. I am doing(when I have time) a frame swap with a 49 1 1/2 ton. I used a 86 one ton dully chassis. Put in a tall deck 427 with an allison automatic. It has required a lot of fabrication, nothing to big though. I have pics of it in its unfinished state but not sure how to do the pics. I have a 52 GMC 150, 1962 c50, 1970 c 30 wrecker that I use off and on. For my road hauls I have a 99 c65 with a rollback on it. Well I hope it is ok to say all of this.
