I heard this place might be able to do that. I heard they reline semi truck brakes.

Also heard of some place in Jonesburg I believe that relined clutch plates that also might reline your parking brake. I forgot the name though. I'll look it up and try to get back later.
I have the band type parking brake as well and I'll probably have to reline it soon. Let me know if you find a solution.
