1. Got my Dana 24 rebuild kit from:
https://cobratransmission.com/dana-24-bearing-kit-55050001-1 (at the time i was $67) My part number on the invoice is CT-BK24. The one on the url, is BK24-001, but looks the same. Note you need the seals as well as the bearings, the kit has them (I think the kit is cheaper than if you buy everything separate.
note: I see I have an invoice for one MRC 207M-00009 Bearing I purchase separately: I'm not sure why I bought it anymore, so check to see that it is in the Dana kit

3. I don't know about the shafts (I bought two extra transfer cases for spares, just in case)
4. Attached is a PDF of the manual I used for rebuild (looks complicated, but was fairly straightforward). I have a number of NAPCO manuals I got from the old NAPCO site (now on Facebook) and I think they come up on eBay periodically. I hope you can read what I have attached (use magnify if needed).
