Well... we got the 57 Nomad engine in the 54 3100 today, put the front clip back on, installed the exhaust and got it ready to fire up, BUT... the gas pedal rod did not fit. WAAAH. I used the same linkage from the pulled 216 boss mounted on the front boss of the Nomad 235. Thought it would work BUT it didn't. Thinking about taking the entire linkage off and using the linkage from the tired old 57 6400 back on the rear boss. Thoughts?
