If you can find a 10-bolt wheel in wide size, should be a doer. Army trucks had big tires, but those are bigger bolt pattern I'm sure. Anyway, what's wrong with duals? They look more Manly! HD3500 of modern design uses that bolt pattern, but center holes are diff size than 53 or older.
