Here are some more photos. The floor under the carpet and a few of the frame cracks I posted about on the HiPo page. Going to need to check the frame over thoroughly before I decide which way to go. I've started thinking that if the frame can be saved, upgrading the front axle with disc brakes, new springs, and better shocks may be an option to get this project off the ground sooner.
