IIRC, they are not the same. More detail needed as not sure if this question applies to "Thelma" or another truck.
Pretty sure on 51-55 1st Series 1/2 ton fronts and rears where different from each other, and 3/4 - 1 ton were different from 1/2 ton altogether. Seems to me 3/4 - 1 ton used same shoes sets front and rear.
Try doing a search by vehicle info on NAPA website. You may find what your are looking, or a lead towards another supplier.
