Looks like you've got it all. Even the often missing and very hard to find upper umbrella piece (arrow in picture below). The lower mount shows up on eBay. It was used on Pontiac V8s up thru 58 and middle 50s Oldsmobiles. Here is one.

If you are nuts about a new upper piece, Steele Rubber Product$ will strip the old rubber out of yours and put new in.

I daily drove without the upper piece for 22 years with no apparent problems other than a leaking front crankshaft seal (all the stock seals leak) causing the rubber in the front mount to deteriorate.

If you are interested in fixing the front oil seal leak look here. I'll be glad to loan you my alignment tool. You'd be somewhere around the 14th person who has used it with no complaints yet.
