I rebuilt one of those trans. many years ago. The gears all have to be timed like timing gears. I got it all together & it would turn so far & lock up. I didn,t have them timed right. I had to tear it down & do it over.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.
