For what it's worth, and the opinion of more on this site--it's probably better left to a truck tire shop to do this. As you probably already know, it's dangerous to do this without good equipment. I checked Fountain Tire (the big truck store) and they'll put a new set of 7:50/20's on for me--no problem.
