If the Fram C-4P (old is C-4), and NAPA 1006 work, other old filter numbers that are equivalents are AC P-209, P-212, Hastings 101, Purolator P-34, Wix PC-1F, 51006. More obscure filters are Divco 4911, Hyster 57014, Mack 43-5BA-15, Waukesha 101711, 60368. This is according to research I did in 1976 when I bought my 54 3100. It came with the Fram bypass filter on it when I bought it.
