Otis45 Junior Member O Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 6 Western Massachusetts	Hey guys, I was wondering if it was very difficult to swap the drive train of a 56 2-ton into a 42 2-ton. That is 270 straight 6, sm420 tranny and rear axle. I know there will need to be some modifcation to the driveshaft since the 56 is not a torque tube driveline, but will the engine, tranny and axle swap easily? What roadblocks might I face? Thanks for any help you can give me.
