Both of mine are still in trucks. It looks different than I imagined. Does that come on any other old sixes or is it 235 specific? I have some older non 235 engines in the scrap pile out back. I use almost all 6061 aluminum. It's pretty tuff stuff but I know that the 7000 and 8000 series are tougher. My Bicknel torque arm is some kind of aluminum alloy that was a nightmare to sand and polish. I think it was harder than stainless. I asked Bicknel at PRI what alloy it was and they just smiled. That being said my lathe doesn't care if it's steel or aluminum.
