I appreciate that advice. My wife's uncle who redid a 53 forewarned me it's not a comfort ride. I thought i had a 47 but the pictures didn't hold true to the reality of the swiss cheese body. The Babbitt bearings are a bit worrisome but on old 104 in town there was a place that worked on them still.
