For helping keep this great

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 251 Bolter | | Bolter Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 251 | I wasn’t sure where to post this. Admin please move or advise which forum is correct. Thanks. I installed 3 new oil gauges and 3 new copper tubes from the bypass port to the gauge. All 3 leaked at the gauge. You have to be very careful not to overtighten as it will break off the gauge connection. These were compression ferrel type connections. I finally went with an electrical sensor and gauge. But I would really prefer to use the original gauges. Has anyone else ran into this, and how did you fix it?
