I would repair rather than replace the rockers if th only bad area is the holes shown along the bottom edge. the rockers are a major structural connection between the door hinge and latch posts so control the door opening both from a fore/aft perspective and a parrallel vertical opening perspective.
The rear cab corner actually looks decent.
The fornt inner and outer cowl panels can be a real challenge and you will need to replace the outer edge of the floor also.
