The text says 50-51 had only 2 fuses as seen in diagram provided by Tim. Whereas the 48-49 had 5 fuses. This corresponds to a change from a 48-49 30A light switch breaker to a 42A for 50-51. Automotive electrical was still evolving. Still a lot of goofy ideas up to the 1963 and 68 model year.
