I see fuel pumps that are rebuildable on eBay but for later 50’s and early 60s 235’s and if one of these would work, I’d start looking for a rebuild kit… which also seems to be very rare these days.

Fuel pumps from later years might fit but pump pressures might be too great on the newer pumps for more powerful engines.. I don't know, I'm just saying you should check out the specs first. Look up part numbers in a Chevy or GM Master parts book and see what's what.
