I'm working on restoring a 'fresh air' setup. The big problem which could cross over to the recirculating model is the 'Ranco' heater thermostat. If you are looking for full restoration specs, that might be a pricey brick wall. I'm opting for the Ranco t-stat placement for looks but putting in a mechanical on/off coolant shutoff valve to the core using the old 'T' throttle cable to control from the dash during cold/defrost days.
