Think we will stay away from the 49 and stay closer to our year which is the 53. Probably would be better that this truck has the bendix brake stuff? Are those wheel cylinders expensive to replace or cheaper to rebuild? Or kind of negligable between the two..?? I saw some 1953 brake shoes on ebay here a while back that went for $20.. was probably a good buy huh? LOL Live and learn..LOL Interesting.. Perry noted all the wheels are 10 lug and now that I think about it that front rim is kind of a funny looking thing that has closeouts where you'd think lugnuts would be.. duh! And now that I know a COE is technically a 5000 series that helps too.. I have learned so much from you guys in such a short period of time. Thanks for the info guys.. you're great!
