It is just my opinion, but Slime would merely cover up a problem, possibly causing major tire damage over the long haul.
I don't remember your previous thread enough to know the tire size you have, but it is pretty rare for the larger truck tires to have flats. I have been running my 3800 with 6 ply 18 inch tires on it since 1997 and have yet to have a flat tire. For most of that time it has been my primary vehicle.
