We have a 300 gallon waste oil that gets pumped out periodically and we get a chain of custody manifest. The only thing they don't want is ethylene glycol in it. Brake fluid doesn't make any difference. The waste oil gets used as bunker oil. That is what ships burn once they get out on open water. Of course, I am in Texas and we are regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. I own a couple of gas stations, a dozen trucks and was a licensed salvage dealer for many years. I get audited quite regularly.
